the location was alright, reasonably close to victoria station.
The room was tiny. I mean, seriously cramped. the bathroom situation was bizarre. No space to even turn around. also, there was this constant noise that kept me awake at night.

I found the staff friendly, so that was a good start. The hotel has an excellent location. My room was super clean and cozy. I was near to Apollo Theatre Victoria, so I could walk there.
The room I had was very small.

Breakfast costs £7-50 and I consider it a good value. It is just the right price. I enjoyed the meal I had each morning, so I recommend it.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception. It provides availability to leave luggage in the left-luggage office on the day of departure. This service helped me a lot as I explored until my train was due.

the location was very convenient near victoria station (i could easily access transportation). my room had tea making facilities. the receptionist was friendly and check-in was fast.

Amazing Location, Gracious Staff!

The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect after a long international flight. The staff was gracious and helpful, providing directions and recommendations. It was close to restaurants and the theater. The 24/7 reception made our late arrival very smooth. I really appreciated that.
The hotel was not well kept. The room I had was in the basement next to a courtyard that had water pouring into it all night. The room smelled damp. I reported the issue on arrival but nothing was done.

There were various cafes and restaurants very close by, offering diverse culinary options. I found a lovely Italian place just around the corner, serving delicious pasta. Several other eateries provided quick and easy meal options.

the location was superb, very close to victoria station. my room had good air conditioning and a kettle, just what i needed. the staff were pleasant and quick to help at check-in. it was a great experience for the money!
the room, though modern and clean, was a bit on the smaller side. i managed just fine, but anyone prone to feeling cramped might find it a little tight.

The room was quite small. It really felt cramped. the air conditioning was also inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not. i also found a long nail in the carpet, it was a safety hazard!
